Terms of service

Last updated 19 October 2026

We’ve kept these as plain as we can. The short version: your work stays yours, the AI team proposes and you decide, and you can leave whenever you like.

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and “Fastautonomi”, “we”, “us” for the use of Fastautonomi — the website at fastautonomi.com, the application at app.fastautonomi.com and everything they provide (the “Service”). If you use the Service for an organization, you accept these terms for it and confirm you may do so. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Work happens in organizations. The owner controls the organization, its members, their roles, its connections and its data.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. What the Service does — and doesn’t

The Service provides AI teammates that work on tasks you give them: changing code in isolated copies of your repositories and proposing it as pull requests, writing and editing content, planning work, and similar tasks; and tools for your people, such as projects, a virtual office, calls and meetings.

AI makes mistakes. Results can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review what the AI team produces before you rely on it, merge it, publish it or act on it. Changes to code arrive as pull requests for you to decide on; the Service never pushes to your default branch. You remain responsible for what you merge, publish and send.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in what you and your organization put into the Service — code, tasks, documents, messages — and in what the AI team produces for you (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership of it.

You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you — including sending it to the AI models and the tools you connect, as described in our privacy policy. We don’t use Your Content to train AI models. You confirm you have the rights to give us this permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or handle data you aren’t allowed to;
  • build or spread malware, attack systems, or access accounts, repositories or data that aren’t yours;
  • get around the Service’s limits, sandboxes, budgets, approvals or security, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written agreement;
  • send spam or deceptive content, or harass or harm anyone;
  • resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement.

We may limit or suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk.

6. AI usage, credits and budgets

  • AI work is measured in credits. Each plan includes monthly credits; plan credits renew each month and don’t roll over; purchased top-up credits don’t expire while your account is active.
  • When credits or your organization’s budget run out, new AI work waits; the rest of the Service keeps working.
  • Each task has time, turn and cost limits. We may adjust how credits are counted with reasonable notice.

7. Tools you connect

When you connect GitHub, a project tool, Google Workspace, WordPress or another service, you authorize us to act in it on your behalf within the access you grant. Those services are governed by their own terms; we aren’t responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.

8. Plans, payment and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by our account service and its payment provider.
  • Prices are shown before you buy and exclude taxes that apply where you are.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren’t refunded.
  • We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change; it applies from your next renewal.
  • The Free plan and trial credits may be changed or withdrawn; they come without any service commitment.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it’s provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless you have a separate written agreement with us. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. After an organization is deleted, its data is removed as described in our privacy policy.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility to us

You’ll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your breach of law or of anyone’s rights.

14. Law and changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify account owners at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
