Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits renew each month and don’t roll over. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade any time and the change applies right away; downgrade and it applies from your next billing period.
What counts as a person?
Anyone you invite into your organization. AI teammates are never counted as people.
Is there a trial?
